Drivers Ed
At Bridgeport Driving School we strongly believe in being honest with anyone who walks through our door. That is why we have to say right off the bat that we are not the school that you want to come to, to become the next great race car driver. That is just not what our driver's ed courses are built to teach. If you are the next greatest race car driver, but you need to stack up on some knowledge of the rules of the road then we can definitely help! Which means that virtually anyone can benefit from our driver's ed courses!
The Ins & Outs Of A Car Typically when we get teenagers coming into our programs they are super eager to get behind the wheel as quickly as possible. Call us old fashion if you will, but we just can’t make a person sit behind the wheel of a car and expect them to know exactly what it is that they need to do if we don’t first reassure ourselves that they know how a car works. We know that may seem like common sense and maybe even second nature to some people. You have to understand though that our courses are attended by all kinds of people. We have to make sure that they are all on the same page before we move on! Rules, Laws, & Regulations Of The Road Even people who know how to drive can at times still lack some knowledge of the law that governs the road. This can not only give them trouble in the test that they will have to take later on, but it can also give them fits while out on the road. Especially when it comes to knowing what to do in specific situations. We can help train people for the challenges they will face every day. Not only a drivers test! Now We Will Get Behind The Wheel Only after we have covered numerous points and we are certain that the students are ready to head out to a practice course will we allow them to get behind. Our services are fully professional so we really want to stress the fact that we are preparing students for the road. This is not a go-kart ride at your local amusement park. With all of that fully covered, we will take them around the track and evaluate their performance. We will keep track of each individual student writing what he or she needs to work on after each session. Preparing For A Permit Test While we will do talk more at length in other sections about how we prepare students for their permit tests we really thought that we should say this. The written exam part is covered in the classroom sessions of course. We know though, that when it actually comes to driving and the driving test some students are super afraid of the parallel park section. We can help you overcome that fear! |
